Taylor Bourassa, CPA
Senior Accountant
Taylor joined SIMA as a senior accountant in 2021 after relocating from her hometown of Lewiston, Maine. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont and moved back to Maine to start her career in accounting. With a background in tax planning and preparation, Taylor works to help her client develop tax-saving strategies while eliminating any surprises. The relationships she builds with clients while helping them to meet their financial and operational goals is what motivates Taylor in her position. She loves seeing the growth and success of every client.
Taylor is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is held to a rigorous code of professional conduct that requires members to act with integrity, objectivity, due care, and competence while disclosing any conflicts of interest, commission, or referral fees, serving public interest, and maintaining client confidentiality.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors with family and friends. Taylor is an avid golfer and enjoys playing new courses wherever she travels. When she’s not exploring the outdoors, you can find her cheering on the Boston Bruins.
