Sierra Braxton-Sears
Client Services Specialist
Sierra joined SIMA in January of 2023 as a Client Services Specialist. A graduate of Regent University with a master’s degree in Higher Education, Sierra brings to SIMA a variety of transferable personal and administrative skills. Sierra’s background in a variety of positions provides ample experience allowing Sierra to be an asset across multiple departments. Sierra enjoys communicating and understanding client and team needs to provide the best solution possible, which matches SIMA’s standard for ownership and action. Sierra prides herself on the ability to individualize any experience whether for her team or a client’s benefit.
Prior to joining SIMA, Sierra graduated from Averett University with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communication. Sierra is originally from Martinsville, VA but currently resides in Roanoke, VA with her two children. Sierra enjoys spending quality time with her family up and down the East Coast creating memories and traditions. Outside of the office, you can find Sierra enjoying any good mystery novel, movie, or otherwise and cheering for her children in any capacity possible.
