Jacob Tibbs

Jacob joined the SIMA family in February of 2020 as the Network Administrator. A graduate of J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College, Jacob holds an Associate of Science degree with a major in Information Systems Technology as well as certifications in “Cyber Security Incident Response,” “Microsoft Intune Training,” and “System Center Configuration (SCCM).” In 2015, Jacob was also an Intronis (now known as Barracuda MSP) Certified Partner Technician providing support for their Data Backup solutions. Jacob has been providing outstanding IT services to businesses across the east coast since 2008.
