Client Services Associate & Receptionist
Emma joined SIMA in September of 2023 as our Client Services Associate & Receptionist. Coming to us from the veterinary medicine field, she brings expert customer service and HR experience to the SIMA team. As the face of our first-class customer service, Emma is passionate about fostering strong client relationships and ensuring clients have access to the resources they need.
Born and raised in Richmond, Emma lives with her partner and two cats in the West End. Outside of work hours, she enjoys embroidery, cooking, and exploring Virginia’s many hiking trails.
