In response to COVID-19 we will be transitioning our team to a remote working policy for the foreseeable future. At this time a limited staff will remain at our office to provide essential operations. Our service to you as well as the health and safety of our team is our primary concern throughout this time. Our team has the technology and resources required to effectively work remotely and will continue to provide you the service you need.
Our Accounting team plans to remain at the office until further guidance is provided by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on the possible extension of any tax return deadlines. Any scheduled meetings with your accountant will be rescheduled or transitioned to a conference call. Your accountant will be in touch regarding any upcoming meetings already scheduled.
As we transition to a remote working policy, we ask that you partner with us by:
- Transitioning in-person meetings with our team to conference calls, webinars, screen sharing and other forms of electronic communication. If you have an upcoming meeting with one of our team members, they will be in touch to schedule an alternative way to meet.
- Please submit any documents to us electronically. If you have documents that you need to send to us, please contact one of our team members and they will work with you on the best method to retrieve your documents.
As events unfold, please continue to follow the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the Virginia Health Department to remain healthy.
